摘　　要：乳铁蛋白是一种黏膜分泌物铁结合糖蛋白。几十年来大量研究表明乳铁蛋白是种具有多功能的蛋白,有着多种的生物活性。分析了乳铁蛋白的氨基酸组成、多肽链折叠、铁结合结构、分子表面特性等与抗菌有关的分子结构。报道了乳铁蛋白具有抗病毒、抗真菌和抗寄生虫活性等方面的广泛应用。Lactoferrin （LF） is an iron binding glycoprotein that is present in several mucosal secretions. Lactoferrin is a truly muhifunctional protein that has been studied extensively over the past decades. Many biological functions have been ascribed to LF. In this review, we focus on that lactoferrin＇s antibacterial-related molecular structure, including the amino acid sequence, polypeptide fold, iron binding structure and surface properties were summarized. Lactofcrrin has demonstrated potent antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic activity, towards a broad spectrum of species.
