摘　　要：在网络环境下,大学生的法律意识呈现出水平的差异性、意识与行为的不对称性、意识的可塑性等特点,同时,大学生网络法律意识还存在着法律信仰的不稳定性、法律知识的薄弱性和网络违法的多发性。针对这些特点和问题,要坚持以引导大学生形成良好的法律意识为核心,提高法制教育的实效性。In network environment,students show some difference in the level of legal awareness,the asymmetry of consciousness and behavior,the plasticity characteristics of awareness.At the same time,college students＇ awareness of the law,there are still legal beliefs instability,legal knowledge of law is weak and networks of multiple.For these characteristics and problems,we should guide students to uphold the law to create a good awareness as the core,improve the effectiveness of legal education
