摘　　要：本文通过对精英教育内涵的分析,以西南交通大学峨眉校区"詹天佑班"为例,进行了高等教育大众化背景下的精英教育的实践与探索,并对精英教育的开展进行了思考。To take Southwest Jiao Tong University-Emei ＂Zhan Tian You Class＂ for exmaple,this article analyzes the elitist education content,carries out the elitist education exploration and practice under the backgroud of higher education popularity,and thinks out how to develop the elitist education.
