近视眼LASIK术后高阶像差的变化

摘　　要：目的观察中低度近视行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)对人眼高阶像差的影响。方法选择中低度近视病例40例,80只眼,行LASIK手术,使用Wavelight的Allegretto波前像差仪观察术后1月、术后3月、术后6月时,C7(慧差)、C12(球差)、RMSH(总高阶像差均方根)三个变量。结果 LASIK术后C7、C12、RMSH在术后1月、术后3月均呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.01),在术后3个月时达到高峰,C12、RMSH术后6月时稍有下降(P<0.05),术后6月时趋于稳定(P>0.05),但均值仍高于术前水平。结论 LASIK术后早期高阶像差明显增加,随时间有下降的趋势。Objective To observe the influence of high order aberrations of LAISK in patients with low to moderate myopia .Methods 40 cases with low to moderate myopia received LASIK,C7,C12,RMSH were evaluated at preoperative and postoperative 1month,3month,6month.Results C7、C12、RMSH has an upward trend at post-op 1m and post-op 3m（P0.01 ）,and reaches a peak at post-op 3m.For C12 and RMS,there are a slight decline at post-op 6m with the mean value was,still higher than pre-op （P0.05 ）.For C7,its tends was stable at post-op 6m（P0.05）.Conclusions Early time after LASIK,higher order aberrations increased significantly,and it tends to be decline at post-op 6m.
