广西2005～2009年学校突发公共卫生事件调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解学校突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特点,为有效预防和控制学校突发公共卫生事件的发生提供科学依据。[方法]用描述性流行病学方法对2005~2009年广西学校突发公共卫生事件进行分析。[结果]2005~2009年广西学校突发公共卫生事件占广西全部突发公共卫生事件的78.50%（1150/1465）,发病人数占全部发病人数的87.41%（63221/72331）,死亡2人。学校突发公共卫生事件以传染病为主,传染病事件数占总数的94.87%（1091/1150）;传染病发病又以呼吸道传染病为主,呼吸道传染病事件占传染病事件的93.03%（1015/1091）。报告事件数最多的市为南宁市,占32.52%,最少的市为防城港市和贵港市,分别占1.48%;农村和乡镇的学校突发公共卫生事件数高于县城和城市的学校。报告事件数最多的年份是2009年,最少的年份是2005年。事件数最多的月份为11月份,占全年报告数的30.43%。[结论]广西学校突发公共卫生事件以呼吸道传染病为主,提示应进一步加强学校呼吸道传染病的防控工作。[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of Guangxi public health emergencies occurred in schools,so as to provide scientific basis for their prevention and control.[Methods]The data of Guangxi reported public health emergencies occurred in schools during 2005-2009 were analyzed by using a descriptive epidemiology method.[Results]The reported public health emergencies occurred in schools in Guangxi during 2005-2009 accounted for 78.50%（1 150/1 465）of all reported public health emergencies,and their cases accounted for 87.41%（63 221/72 331）. There were 2 deaths. The major events were those caused by communicable diseases,accounted for 94.87%（1 091/1 150）,of which respiratory infectious diseases accounted for 93.03%（1 015/1 091）. City with most or least events was Nanning（32.52%）and Fangchenggang（1.48%）and Guigang（1.48%）,respectively. There were more events occurred in schools of towns and countryside than those in counties and cities. The number of reported events was smallest in 2005 while that of 2009 was biggest. There were more events occurred November,accounted for 30.43%.[Conclusion]Events caused by respiratory infectious diseases are the major public health emergencies occurred in schools in Guangxi,suggesting that the focus of prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases should be put in schools.
