摘　　要：中药软胶囊制剂具有药物剂量准确、生物利用度高和使用方便等优点,日益受到人们的关注,具有不可比拟的研究开发利用价值。综述国内外对中药软胶囊制剂技术的研究,探讨了目前存在的突出问题——囊壳老化崩解迟缓,并针对该问题总结了一系列解决途径,使中药软胶囊制备技术得到完善。Soft capsules preparation of Chinese materia medica has attracted people’s attention because of its accurate drug content, high bioavailability, and ease of use, and has an unparalleled value of research and development. This article reviewes the analyses of domestic and foreign technology of the soft capsules of Chinese materia medica, studies the existing outstanding issues—the collapse of the capsule shell with slow disintegration, and summarizes a series of solution for the problems, so that the soft capsule preparation technology of Chinese materia medica has been improved.
