摘　　要：结合我校护理实训中心建设与管理的实际经验，对中心规章制度建设，教师队伍建设，学生管理和实验室开放等几方面进行了研究和分析。The rules and regulations construction, staff construction, student administration and laboratory opening were studied and analyzed according to the practical experiences from the construction and administration of the nursing training center in our university.
