摘　　要：蜜蜂传染性疾病都具有一定的潜伏期或隐性感染,只有在一定条件下才表现出症状,一旦内外环境适应病原的生存和发展,便会引起病害的流行。本文主要对蜜蜂传染性病原的体外培养镜检、免疫学及分子生物学的实验室诊断方法及最新研究进展、发展趋势等进行综述。Infectious diseases of honeybees have shown a certain degree of latency or stealth, and only demonstrating some symptoms under the certain conditions, once the pathogen adapt to internal and external environment for survival and development, it will cause epidemic diseases. The aid of this article main summarized infectious pathogens cultured, immunology and molecular biology laboratory diagnostic methods, and the latest research progress, growing trends.
