摘  要:目的 ;验证正常大鼠丘脑底核神经元放电模式中存在随机共振现象。方法运用全细胞膜片钳技术,对大鼠脑片丘脑底核神经元进行阈下正弦电流刺激,通过叠加不同输入频率正弦电流和不同强度噪声,分析峰峰间期(ISIH)和信噪比(SNRISIH),观察神经元放电特点。结果在单细胞水平证明了在中枢神经系统运动神经元中存在随机共振现象。在中等噪声强度时(约在20~25 pA处),丘脑底核神经元对叠加噪声的阈下周期性刺激存在最佳响应,其信噪比达到峰值;在一定频率范围(约为5~10 Hz),噪声和神经元输出反应之间存在最适匹配,神经元对阈下弱信号的检测提取能力最佳。结论正常大鼠丘脑底核神经元放电模式中存在随机共振现象。Objective To verify stochastic resonance was present in firing patterns of rat subthalamic nucleus(STN) neurons.Methods Whole-cell patch clamp was used to record firing characteristics of STN neurons in rat brain slices.We set subthreshold sine wave as the command current to stimulate neurons.The STN neurons exhibited stochastic resonance when different level of noise was added to sine wave inputs.Interspike interval histogram(ISIH) and signal-to-noise ratio(SNRISIH) were analyzed to manifest stochastic resonance.Results At the single-cell level,we have demonstrated that stochastic resonance existed in motor neurons of central nervous system.Stochastic resonance was confirmed as a maximum in SNRISIH of output response to subthreshold periodic input combined with noise.Some intermediate noise level(20~25 pA) provided optimal performance to STN neurons.While in some frequency range(5~10 Hz),stochastic resonance in STN neurons was maximal and for STN neurons the ability of detecting weak signals from noises was achieved the best.Conclusion Stochastic resonance exists in firing patterns of STN neurons.
