摘　　要：基因组改组技术是一种以原生质体融合为手段,实现多基因组重组的育种策略。文中从基因组改组基本原理出发,以相关研究成果为基础,系统介绍了基因组改组的策略与方法,并对该技术未来发展方向予以展望。The technology of genome shuffling protoplast fusion.
