Survivin与PCNA蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin、PCNA蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤中表达的临床意义及相关性。方法应用免疫组化(SP法)检测100例膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤(其中低度恶性潜能乳头状尿路上皮肿瘤15例,非浸润性低级别尿路上皮癌22例,非浸润性高级别尿路上皮癌25例,浸润性尿路上皮癌38例)及10例正常膀胱粘膜Survivin和PCNA的表达。结果 Survivin蛋白在不同级别的膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤阳性表达率逐渐增高且与PCNA的表达率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin、PCNA的阳性表达与膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of survivin and PCNA in urothelial tumor of bladder and their relativity.Methods The immunohistochemistry（SP method）was used to determine the expression of surviving,PCNA in 100 cases with urothelial tumor of bladder（15 cases were PUNLMP,22 cases were LGPUC,25 cases were HGPUC,38 cases were IUC） and 10 normal cases with bladder tissues.Results The expression of survivin in urothelial tumor of bladder was different and gradually advancing in extent.There was a positive correlation between the expression rates of Survivin and PCNA（P0.05）.Conclusions The positive expression rates of survivin and PCNA are closely associated with tumorigenesis and progress of urothelial tumor of bladder.
