摘 要:目的分别研究纤维桩采用GC-FujiⅠ型玻璃离子水门汀和One-step树脂粘结剂这两种粘固材料的固位力,为临床选择纤维桩的粘固材料提供依据。方法 30个健康离体上前磨牙随机分为两组。将玻璃纤维桩分别用GC-FujiⅠ型玻璃离子水门汀和One-step树脂粘结剂粘固于离体的人牙根管内,用万能力学试验机进行微推出测试,用体视显微镜观察其断裂方式。比较两组纤维桩脱出力的大小,对粘结强度及断裂类型进行统计学分析。结果 One-step树脂粘结剂的粘结强度明显高于GC-FujiⅠ型玻璃离子水门汀,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。树脂粘结剂的断裂方式以粘结破坏为主,玻璃离子水门汀以内聚破坏为主。结论不同粘固材料对纤维桩的粘结力不同,树脂粘结剂的固位力优于玻璃离子水门汀,显示了良好的粘结固位性质。临床应首选树脂类粘结剂。【Objective】 To study the retention force of fiber reinforced composite post with two different bonding cements.【Method】 A total of 30 extracted healthy upper mandible premolars were randomly divided into two groups.Fiber-posts with 1.2 mm in diameter were cemented in the fresh in vitro tooth roots with glass ionomer cement(GC Fuji Ⅰ) and resinoid bond(One-step) respectively.The roots were cut into 1-mm-thick sections perpendicular to the long-axis of the roots with a slow speed diamond saw.Push-out tests were performed with a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min,the fracture modes were observed using stereomicroscope.The mean bond strengths values(MPa) were compared using LSD-t tests and the fracture modes were analyzed.【Result】 There was significantly statistical differences with glass ionomer cement group(P 0.05).Adhesive failure was the most mode of fracture in the glass ionomer cement group and cohesive failure in the resinoid bond group.【Conclusion】 Different kinds of cement provided different retentive values,and the resin composite provided higher retention force to the fiber-post compared to glass ionomer cement,which would show better bond integrity.
