摘 要:传统的建筑抗浮设计法面对复杂的工程和水文地质条件时,存在两类矛盾:一是被动适应,不能灵活处理水位变化带来的影响;二是对建筑物及环境产生不利影响。建筑排水减压抗浮新技术是对传统方法的发展和完善,通过排水减压系统和减压安全控制系统动态调节建筑基底地下水位,以保持地下水位的稳定,从而既能主动适应水位的变化,又能将抗浮系统对建筑物及环境的影响最小化。其在新加坡环球影城项目中的设计应用结果表明,该抗浮系统能较好适应不同季节水位的变化,保障了新加坡环球影城的安全。The inflexible response to variation of groundwater level and the adverse impact on building or environment are two main defects of the common design methods on anti-floating of structures.The water-discharging pressure relief technology on anti-floating of structures got effective approaches to dealing with them on the basis of common methods.The new technology aimed at keeping a stable groundwater level and minimizing adverse effect on environment around by dynamic control system of the combination of water-discharging pressure relief system and pressure relief security control system.Refer to the successful application of the new system in the project of Universal Studios Singapore,the new system and its design principle was introduced.The practice showed that the system in Universal Studios Singapore well adapted to the variation of groundwater level in different seasons since which was put into service,and ensured safety of the project.
