摘　　要：本文阐述了升格后的高职院校在新馆建设中由于经验不足带来建馆后能耗大、运营费用高等问题,针对这一问题就图书馆的低碳节能提出可行性意见和建议。The paper expounds some problems about large power consumption,the high cost for lacking experience during the building of the new library in upgraded higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the feasibility advices and suggestions on low-carbon and energy saving
