转移瘤椎体与正常椎体氢质子磁共振波谱初步对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比观察转移瘤椎体与健康对照组椎体的氢质子磁共振波谱（1H—MRS）特点。方法以25例健康组1H—MRS作对照，分析25例经临床及病理证实的转移瘤椎体的1H—MRS的变化，定量分析感兴趣椎体的脂与水的比率（LWR）及脂肪百分含量（FF％），对2组椎体的FF％及其与年龄的相关性进行定量对比分析。结果转移瘤组椎体的平均LWR为O．038±0．024，对照组椎体的平均LWR为0．64±0．20，转移瘤组的LWR明显低于对照组（t=14．7，P〈O．01）；转移瘤组患者的平均年龄为（60．3±10．1）岁，FF％与其年龄无相关性（r=0．151，P=0．491±0．05），对照组受检者平均年龄为（56．2±9．3）岁，FF％与年龄具有相关性（r=0．936，P〈O．01）。结论脊柱转移瘤1H—MRS示脂峰、LWR、FF％明显降低，且转移瘤椎体的脂肪含量与年龄不存在相关性。Objective To observe proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy （1 H-MRS） performances of the vertebrae with metastatic tumors and healthy controls. Methods 1 H-MRS in 25 cases clinically and pathologically confirmed with spinal metastases and 25 healthy subjects was performed. The fat/water ratio （LWR）, percentage of fat fraction（FF% ）of vertebral bodys and the correlation of the age in all cases and the interested vertebral bodys were quantitatively analyzed. Results The mean LWRs were 0. 038 ± 0. 024 and 0.64± 0.20 in metastatic group and control group respectively,the LWR in metastatic group was significantly lower than that in control group （t=14.7, P〈0.01 ）. The mean ages were （60.3±10.1） and （56.2±9.3） years in metastatic group and control group respectively. There was no correlation between age and FF% in metastatic group （r=0. 151 ,P=0. 491±0.05） ,but was in control group （ r= 0. 936 ,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion 1 H-MRS showed lipid peak ,LWR and FFM values are significantly lower in metastatic veterbral bodys,and there is no relativity between the age of the patients and fat content.
