摘 要:基于矩阵运算描述生成平面Hilbert曲线的方法简单,易于编程实现,将其进行了正确的空间矢量化,应用于了曲面加工刀具轨迹的生成。分析了矩阵变化描述曲线的思想,结合曲面加工刀具轨迹的计算过程,提出将平面Hilbert曲线通过与曲面参数域相对应的方法映射到曲面上,进而生成加工刀具路径的思想。建立了二者之间的映射关系,构建了曲线正确空间矢量化的算法,最后用两个应用实例验证了构建算法的正确性,和用此曲线作为数控加工刀具路径的可行性。Plane Hilbert curve is described by matrix operation with the advantage of generating method simply and programming easily, in order to generate tool path by the curve, the curve is made vector in space. The idea of generating curve is analyzed, combined with the formation of tool path generation, plane Hilbert space-filling curve was mapped to the surface through correspondence with the surface parameters domain, and the tool path was generated. The mapping relation is established between curve and surface, vector algorithm is constructed, finally, two examples have been given to testify the feasibility of the algorithm, and the feasibility of using the curve as the NC tool path.
