创业自我效能的中介作用机制探究

摘　　要：近年来,创业自我效能的研究日益受到重视,已有的研究大多把创业自我效能作为预测变量,探讨其对创业意向及创业绩效的影响。本研究梳理了性别角色取向及认知风格对创业自我效能的影响,探讨了创业自我效能的中介作用机制及其这种中介效应对理论及实践的启示。In recent years, researches on Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy （ESE） have attracted lots of attention. The researches largely use entrepreneurial self-efficiency as the prediction variable. Some researches hold that ESE can predict entrepreneurial intentions; Some others hold that ESE can predict the organizational performance after the entrepreneurship. Few are the studies with ESE as as intermediary variable. ESE directly influences the entrepreneurial activity and is a key cognitive variables. Therefore, an investigation of the entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial performance of the intermediary function can help better understand the new venture creation process. In the post two years, some scholars have begun to explore the factors affecting the ESE. Mueller（2008）et al. studied the gender-role orientation effect in the four stages of venture tasks （searching, planning, marshaling and implementing） on ESE. They found that among both males and females, different gender-role orientation of the individual has a different level of ESE. Kickul（2009）et al. studied the effect cognitive style in the four stages Of venture tasks on ESE. They found that individuals＇ cognitive preference for analysis or intuition influenced their perception and assessment of their ESE in their intentions to create a new venture. The present study, after straightening out the above researches, maintains that ESE has an intermediary function. Cognitive style and gender role influence ESE and are multifaceted. The intermediary function mechanism＇of ESE is multifaceted. The intermediary function mechanism of ESE brought us a lot of enlightenment and practical significance. The intermediary function mechanism can help people better understand ESE, find ways of cultivating ESE. Entrepreneurial education will be greatly constructive. With more intermediary function of ESE, more factors that will prompt individual entrepreneurship and good entrepreneurial performance will be found. This research undoubtedly has grea
