摘　　要：癌性Lambert-Eaton肌无力综合征是一种较为罕见的神经系统副肿瘤综合征,是由肿瘤远隔效应所致的特殊类型肌无力和累及胆碱能突触的自身免疫病。本文报道我科收治的1例癌性Lambert-Eaton肌无力综合征病例,通过回顾文献,对其病因及发病机制、临床特点、诊断及鉴别诊断与治疗情况进行分析。Cancer Lambert -Eaton myasthenic syndrome is a rare neurological paraneoplastic syndrome, is caused by the tumor specific type of distant effects of myasthenia gravis and cholinergic synapses involved autoimmune disease. This paper reports one case of cancer Lambert - Eaton myasthenic syndrome admitted to our department, by review of the literatures to analyze its etiology and pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis and treatment.
