摘  要:目的建立并评价三级医院全科医师培训基地考核指标体系,以保证基地的培训质量。方法在文献/文件分析和小组访谈的基础上初步建立三级医院全科医师培训基地考核指标体系,采用Delphi法,经过两轮专家评议,建立了一套三级医院全科医师培训基地评估指标体系,并对指标进行了评价。结果最终指标共有73项,其中一级指标5项,二级指标20项,三级指标48项。医院基本要求、组织管理、师资队伍、培训实施、社区基地基本要求五项一级指标的权重系数分别为19.96、17.87、22.91、19.30、19.96。结论本研究所建立的指标体系具有较好的科学性、客观性和可操作性。Objective To establish and assess the assessment indicator system of the general practitioner training base in tertiary hospitals,so that the quality of the general practice team can be ensured.Methods An indicator system of the general practitioner training base was established based on group discussion and review of literature or document,followed by 2 rounds of expert evaluation by using Delphi method.The indicators were then assessed.Results A total of 73 indicators were selected,including 5 grade A indicators,20 grade B indicators,and 48 grade C indicators.The weight coefficients of the 5 grade A indicators were respectively 19.96 for basic requirement for the hospital,17.87 for organization management,22.91 for teacher team,19.30 for training facilities,and 19.96 for basic requirement for the community base.Conclusion The indicator system developed in this study is of scientificity,objectivity and applicability.
