奥施康定联合岩舒注射液治疗中重度肺癌疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨奥施康定联合岩舒注射液治疗中重度肺癌疼痛的有效性、安全性及其对生活质量的影响。方法采用随机单盲对照试验设计,采用数字随机法将98例伴有中重度疼痛的肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予奥施康定联合岩舒注射液和奥施康定单药治疗。结果两组均能较好地控制癌痛,治疗组与对照组疼痛缓解率相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),分别为95.8%和89.4%。治疗组的奥施康定用量明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其不良反应发生率亦明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着用药时间的延长,不良反应发生率也逐渐减少。两组治疗后的生活质量均较用药前明显改善,但治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥施康定联合岩舒注射液能有效地控制肺癌患者的中重度疼痛,可以减少奥施康定的用量及其不良反应,并能明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective Oxycodone is one of the most common drug for pain-relieving in patients with moderate to severe cancer,this study aims to explore the effects and safety of oxycodone combined with radix sophora flavescentis injection and its impact on the life quality of the patients.Methods Ninety-eight patients with moderate to severe lung cancer pain were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by single-blind randomized controlled trial with oxycodone,combined with composite radix sophora flavescentis injection or alone,administered respectively.Results Control rates of cancer pain were similar in both two groups（95.8% vs.89.4%,P0.05）.However oxycodone dosage in the observation group was significant lower than in the control group（P0.05）.Incidence rate of adverse effects in the observation group,which minished with time,was significant lower than in the control group（all P0.05）.Quality of life scores among patients in the observation group were significant higher than those of the control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion Oxycodone combined with composite radix sophora flavescentis injection may effectively relieve the pain of moderate to severe lung cancer and reduce the dosage,and hence,adverse effects of oxycodone,which in turn improves the quality of life of the patients.
