摘　　要：虽然保育是幼儿园教师应具备的一项重要技能，但目前幼儿园普遍存在重教轻保的问题。要解决这一问题，需从职前培养这个源头抓起。在学前教育专业师资培养中。要引导学生树立保教并重的现代幼儿园保育观，帮助学生了解和掌握幼儿安全和健康护理等方面的知识和技能，从而提高学生的保育意识和能力，进而提高幼儿园保育质量。Despite the realization that nursing is an important skill for kindergarten teachers, nursing has not received the equal status with teaching. The solution of the problem requires efforts at the headwater of pre-service training. In cultivating preschool teachers, the students should be helped to establish the correct understanding that both nursing and teaching are important and to master the knowledge and skill of children safety and health nursing so as to enhance students＇ nursing awareness and ability and to improve the nursing quality in the kindergarten.
