摘  要:分析了中压配网发生单相接地故障后接地阻抗对暂态电气量和接地选线的影响,提出了根据接地阻抗的大小自适应选取不同选线判据的选线新思路。介绍了小波特征频段选取方法与基于小波特征频段信号的暂态无功选线判据,以及利用故障相暂态对地电压的暂态有功能量选线判据计算方法。最后利用ATP电磁暂态仿真软件搭建了单相接地故障的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,自适应选线技术在不同接地阻抗的情况下能够有效、可靠地选择出故障线路,解决了目前选线技术无法有效地适应不同接地阻抗的技术瓶颈。This paper analyzes the effects of grounding impedance on transient electrical value and line selection when the medium voltage distribution falls into single-phase grounding, and a new idea of line selection with adaptability according to grounding impedance is proposed. The selection method of wavelet characteristic frequency band and frequency line selection criterion of transient reactive power in the band are introduced, and the criterion based on transient active power using transient voltage between fault phase and ground is expounded. Finally, the ATP software is used to build the simulation model of single-phase grounding. The simulation shows that this new adaption technology is credible for line selection under different grounding impedance conditions, and the problem that current methods of line selection cannot adjust to different grounding impedances is solved .efficiently.
