医学生时间管理倾向与自我价值感的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医学院的大学生时间管理倾向与自我价值感的关系。方法采用《青少年自我价值感量表》和《时间管理倾向量表》对242名新乡医学院的大学生进行测试。结果①高、低自我价值感者在时间管理倾向上存在显著差异(t=11.42,P<0.01);②医学生时间管理倾向与自我价值感存在显著的正相关(t=0.69,P<0.01);③经回归分析发现,时间管理倾向对自我价值感具有良好预测作用(R2=0.48,β=0.69)。结论高自我价值感的医学生时间管理倾向显著高于低自我价值感者;医学生的时间管理倾向与自我价值感具有相互促进的作用。Objective To study the relationship between time management disposition and self-worth in medical college students.Methods A total of 242 students selected from XinXiang Medical University were measured with the Adolescences Time Management Disposition Scale and the Self-worth Scale.Results ①The difference between high self-worth and low self-worth was significant（t=11.42,P〈0.01）.②For medical college students,time management disposition had a positive correlation with self-worth（t=0.69,P〈0.01）.③For medical college students,the regression analyzing showed that time management disposition could well predict self-worth（R2=0.48,β=0.69）.Conclusion Time management disposition of the medical college students who have high self-worth is higher than that of the low self-worth.There is a mutual promotion between time management disposition and self-worth.
