摘　　要：在数控车床上加工大模数蜗杆还是有一定困难的,为了避免出现扎刀或者工件翘起来的情况,通过改进工艺措施和加工方法,在数控车床上可以顺利实现大模数蜗杆的加工,提高了生产效率和加工精度。It has a certain difficult to manufacture large modules worm on CNC lathe,in order to avoid the phenomenon of breaking edge or workpiece tilt,through improving technological measures and processing method,the process of large modules worm on CNC lathe can successfully implemented,and the production efficiency and machining accuracy are improved.
