摘　　要：分析了西部可耕地逐步减少的人为因素,介绍了人为因素加剧的人地矛盾表现,提出了解决人地矛盾的对策建议。The paper analyzes the human factors to the decrease of arable lands in West China,introduces the expression of conflicts between human and lands which exacerbates human factors,and proposes the measures to solve the contradiction between human and lands.
