摘　　要：我国"十一五"信息化专项规划明确提出,三网融合将成为不可避免的历史趋势。要实现信息化的历史跨越,便捷之路便是推进三网融合。三网融合是通信技术的又一次飞跃,它将对社会乃至历史都产生深远的影响。China＇s ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂ special plan for information technology made it clear that the integration of telecommunications networks,cable tv networks and the internet was inevitable trend of history.In order to achieve the informatization,the easy way is to promote the integration,which will showl have a profound impact on the society,even the history.
