摘　　要：随着企业发展和社会信息化程度的不断推进,E-learning作为构筑知识经济时代人们终身学习体系的重要手段,如今已经成为企业培训管理信息化的重要工具.为探索E-learning在企业应用中实现其价值的最大化,提出将自适应学习机制引入企业网络学习平台,构建一个自适应E-learning系统,有效地实现学习者高度互动和个性化的自主学习,以促进企业向学习型组织转变,增强企业的核心竞争力,为企业在电子商务环境下持续地快速发展奠定坚实的基础.Along with the development of enterprise and the improvement of degree of social information ization,E-Learning as the way to construct the lifelong learning system in the knowledge economy era has already become the important tool for enterprise training management information now.In order to explore E-Learning to realize its value maximization in the enterprise application,the paper proposes to introduce the adaptive learning mechanism to E-Learning platform in enterprise and construct an adaptive E-Learning system.The system realizes the learner＇s highly effective interation and the personalized independent learning,increases turning enterprise into learning-type organization,and promotes the core competitive of enterprises.Those will establish the solid basement for continued high-speed development of enterprises.
