摘 要:为了研究三裂叶蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)对狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)和百喜草(Paspalum notatum)的化感作用,以不同浓度的三裂叶蟛蜞菊提取液处理这两种草坪植物的种子和幼苗,测定了种子萌发和幼苗生长指标。结果表明:三裂叶蟛蜞菊提取液对这两种植物种子的萌发和幼苗胚根的生长产生了抑制作用,且百喜草种子的萌发更容易受到抑制,狗牙根幼苗胚根的生长更容易受到抑制,但对这两种植物胚芽的生长均未产生影响。To study the allelopathic effects of extracts from Wedelia trilobata on Cynodon dactylon and Paspalum notatum,seeds and seedlings of the two turfgrass plants were treated with extracts from Wedelia trilobata in different concentrations,and the germination indexes of seeds and growth characters of seedlings were measured.The results showed that the seed germination and radicel growth of the two turfgrass plants were repressed by extracts from Wedelia trilobata.Specifically,repression of seed germination of Paspalum notatum and radicel growth of Cynodon dactylon was more apparent than those of their counterparts respectively.However,embryo length of the two turfgrass seedlings were not been influenced by extracts from Wedelia trilobata.Cultivation of the two turfgrass plants should be conducted with intensive control of Wedelia trilobata
