农村居民点土地集约利用评价及整理潜力测算——以东乡县典型村为例

摘　　要：在城市建设用地严重不足而农村却存在大量低效建设用地的背景下,对农村居民点土地集约利用进行评价,包括评价指标体系建立、评价指标的标准化、评价模型的建立以及土地集约利用等级划分等步骤、并在此基础上对农村居民点的整理潜力进行测算,为解决农村人均用地超标、耕地减少和城乡用地矛盾等问题提出合理建议。Based on the background of the serious shortages of urban construction land while lots of inefficient the land for construction in the countryside,the article discussed the differences between the internal structure of rural residential land and the problems,then the potential for rural residential land consolidation was calculated.In order to solve excessive rural per capita land,cultivated land and urban and rural land used to reduce conflicts and other issues,the paper also put forward some reasonable proposals.
