摘　　要：通过回顾性分析方法，总结南京医科大学药物临床试验机构基本建设内容与成效，针对存在的问题提出注重集聚优秀人才、提升临床评价技术、完善科学的管理模式、加强国际交流合作等建议，为管理同行提供参考。This study retrospectively reviewed the experimental clinical programs at The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Experienee was summarized, and methods for improving clinieal pharmaceutical research were discussed including recruiting talent people, managing resourees and trail results, and establishing international cooperations.
