摘  要:从患烂身病的大口黑鲈溃烂部位分离到优势菌株M-1。人工回归感染试验结果显示,分离的菌株M-1能复制出相似症状;对M-1菌株进行形态学、理化特性分析,初步判定所分离菌为嗜水气单胞菌;对M-1菌株进一步进行DNA分子鉴定,结果显示该菌的16S rRNA基因、溶血素(hemolysin,hlyA)基因,均与GenBank上已登录的嗜水气单胞菌的相应基因具有较高同源性;利用16S rRNA和hlyA构建的系统进化树也显示M-1菌株与与嗜水气单胞菌聚为一类。综合人工回归感染试验、理化特性分析与基因鉴定结果,确定患烂身病的大口黑鲈应为嗜水气单胞菌感染。One dominant strain of infectious bacteria,named M-1 stain,was isolated from skin wound of Micropterus salmoides with rot body symptom in Guangdong province.Artificial infection experiments showed that healthy Micropterus salmoides appeared similar sign after infected with the bacteria strain.Bacteria morphology,physiology and biochemistry assays were used to identify the isolated bacteria.The characteristics of the M-1 strain was in accordance with those of Aeromonas hydrophila.PCR was performed to identify the bacteria both 16S rRNA gene and hemolysin gene of the M-1 strain possessed high similarity with those of Aeromonas hydrophila registered in GenBank.The strain was furthermore identified to be virulent strains of Aeromonas hydrophila indicated by the result of phylogenetic tree.The diseased Micropterus salmoides with rot body symptom was supposed to be infected by Aeromonas hydrophila.
