产酶真菌F9的分离及其发酵蛋白饲料研究

摘  要:从近江牡蛎肠道中分离出产酶真菌F9,初步鉴定为霉菌。通过正交试验确定其发酵蛋白饲料的最佳培养条件,并研究真菌F9孢子、发酵液对小鼠的安全性。研究结果表明:(1)F9发酵蛋白饲料最佳培养条件为接种量20%、发酵温度30℃、发酵时间72 h、料水比1∶1.0~1∶2.0;(2)该株真菌对小鼠安全,可用于发酵生物蛋白饲料。In this study,fungi producing enzymes of F9 was isolated from Crassostrea rivularis gut,initially identified as mold.By orthogonal test to determine the best medium protein feed fermentation conditions,and studied the F9 fungal spores,broth safety tests by mice.Experimental results showed that:(1)F9 fermented protein feed optimum culture conditions:inoculum was 20%,fermentation temperature was 30℃,fermentation time for 72 h,feed water was between 1∶1.0 to 1∶2.0;(2)The strain of F9 fungus was safe in mice and it could be used for fermentation of bio-protein feed.
