麦默通微创旋切系统在乳腺肿物诊治中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通（Mammotome）微创技术在乳腺疾病诊治中的临床应用。方法我科自2008年12月至2010年12月，对82例患者260个病灶在超声引导下行Mammotome微创肿块切除术，并进行病理检测，术后1—6个月后复查并且终生定期随访。分析研究Mammotome微创旋切系统在乳腺疾患中的应用价值。结果所有病灶均在超声引导下进行旋切术。超声引导直观、方便易行，引导成功率100％。术后3—6个月复查，未见肿块残留，术后并发症少，瘢痕小而隐蔽，甚至看不出。结论超声引导下麦默通旋切系统具有定位直观、准确、微创、病理检测精确、无切口瘢痕，尤其适合于临床不可触及的、一乳或双乳多发肿块患者，可以获得良好的美容效果，对于恶性病灶可以获得足够病理进行早期诊断。Objective To explore the outcomes of Mammotome minimally invasive technique for the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Methods From December 2008 to December 2010, 82 patients （ 260 lesions） underwent Mammotome minimally invasive bump resection guided by ultrasound, and pathological test. They were reviewed 1-6 months postoperatively and followed up lifelong. And the application value of Mammotome minimally invasive system for breast disease was analyzed. Results Under the guidance of ultrasound, all lesions were cut by Malnmotome minimally invasive technique. The method was convenient and feasible, and the successful rate of ultrasound guidance was 100%. No masses residual was found 3-6 months postoperatively. There were few postoperative complications. The surgical scar was not obvious, even cannot be seen. Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive technique has some advantages, such as precise and direct positioning, minimal scar, and accurate pathological test. It is much suitable for the lumps that can not be check out in clinics and multiple bumps in one or two double breasts. For malignant lesions the method can get enough pathological samples for early diagnosis.
