比较四联与三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察四联与三联疗法对消化性溃疡的治疗作用及根除幽门螺杆菌的效果。方法将胃镜证实为消化性溃疡的患者,随机分为3组,给予不同治疗方案,A,B 2组为四联疗法组,在C组(三联)疗法的基础上,分别加用养胃舒与丽珠得乐。7周后复查胃镜和13C呼气试验。结果 A、B及C 3组的溃疡总愈合率分别为90.9%,100%,86.4%;S2获得率分别为68.2%,73.1%和45.5%;Hp根除率分别为73.3%,76.1%和52.6%;症状缓解率大致相似。3组均无明显药物不良反应发生。结论雷尼替丁三联疗法加用铋剂和养胃舒,均可使S2获得率增加;同时Hp根除率上升,且较安全。Objective To study the efficacies of quadruple and triple chemotherapy for the treatment with peptic ulcer disease and eradication of helicobacter pylori（HP）.Methods HP associated peptic ulcer were randomly divided into three groups（A,B,C groups）,give different treatment： C group with triple chemotherapy,while A and B groups with quadruple chemotherap used by Yangweishu capsule and lizon capsule respectively in the basis of triple chemotherapy.Seven weeks after treatment gastroscope or urea breath test（13C-UBT） were reviewed.Results The ulcer healing rate were 90.9%,100%,86.4% in A,B and C groups.The stage S2 achievement rate were 68.2%,73.1% and 45.5% in three groups.The eradication rete of HP were 76.1%,73.3% and 52.6% in three groups.The symptoms were remissive similarly in three groups.There were no side effects in three groups.Conclusion Ranitidine based triple regimen plus livzon or Yangweishu can raise the stage S2 achievement rate and HP eradication rate.Threee was no side effect.
