瑞舒伐他汀对脑梗塞患者脑血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的通过经颅多普勒超声(TCD)以评价瑞舒伐他汀对脑梗塞患者脑血流动力学的影响。方法通过TCD检查100例首次急性脑梗塞住院患者的脑血流动力学,根据他们是否规律服用瑞舒伐他汀,分为服药组和非服药组,2组均给予抗血小板聚集及一般营养脑神经等药物治疗;治疗组,另外加用瑞舒伐他汀10 mg qd,连续3个月。发病3个月后随访患者,再次行TCD检查。结果服药组患者发病3个月后,大脑中动脉血流速度较发病1周内有上升,搏动指数较发病1周内有下降,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀对改善脑梗塞患者脑血流动力学有一定的作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of rosuvastatin on the cerebral haemodynamics of ischemic stroke patients with transcranial doppler（TCD）.Methods One hundred inpatients with acute ischemic stroke for the first time were divided into two groups according whether they had taken rosuvastatin after stroke.Both groups were given cerebral nerve nutriceutical and antiplatelet routine treatment.Rosuvastatin was additionally given to the trial group.To study the change of the cerebral haemodynamics in two groups by TCD three months after stroke.Results The blood velocites in trial group significantly increased three months after stroke compared with those within a week.The pulse index in trial group significantly decreased three months after stroke compared with those within a week（P0.05）.Conclusion Rosuvastatin may have the effects on improving the situation of cerebral haemodynamics of patients with ischemic stroke.
