摘　　要：在建立参考咨询馆员素质评价指标体系的基础上,提出一种智能化的基于BP神经网络的参考咨询馆员素质评价方法。概述BP神经网络及其基本原理,并详述基于BP神经网络的参考咨询馆员素质评价模型的建立过程,包括神经网络结构的确定、网络训练,以及网络检验等。将该模型应用于实例检验,得到较满意的结果。On the ground of building quality evaluation index system of reference librarians,this paper proposed an intelligent evaluation method based on back propagation neural networks.This paper introduced the BP neural networks and its basic principles,and then expounded the establishing processes of evaluation model based on BP neural networks,including determining the structure of neural networks,networks training,and networks verification.The model was applied to test samples,and a satisfactory effect was obtained.
