摘　　要：本文从高校教学环境中隐性知识的本身、隐性知识主体及隐性知识共享环境入手,探讨了教学环境中存在的隐性知识,隐性知识共享的障碍及通过构建隐性知识共享环境对教学中的隐性知识进行共享和传播。This paper started with the tacit knowledge of the university teaching environment,tacit knowledge subject and tacit knowledge sharing environment,discussed problems of existing tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing in the teaching environment.It was sharing and transmission by building tacit knowledge sharing environment.
