摘　　要：Dab2/DOC-2是具有信号转导功能的磷蛋白,通过蛋白质的相互作用和蛋白磷酸化发挥作用,参与细胞内吞作用、血小板活化和T细胞功能调节等过程,并且与人体内皮细胞的形态发生有关。有研究表明,Dab2/DOC-2基因还和醛固酮的分泌有关。在肿瘤中,Dab2纯合子基因缺失时激活细胞抑癌机制,是抑癌基因的候选成员。Dab2/DOC-2还参与多种信号途径并发挥重要作用。Dab2/DOC-2 is a phosphoprotein having signal transduction,which plays a role in endocytosis,platelet activation and regulation of T cell function through the interaction of protein and phosphorylation.It is related to morphogenesis of human endothelial cells and involved in aldosterone secretion.Here we show that it can be activated by homozygote gene deletion in tumor and is a member of anti-oncogene.Dab2/DOC-2 also plays an important role in multiple signaling pathways.
