摘  要:基于ANSYS软件,建立了某无人机隔框的三维有限元模型,应用多点约束模拟框体受力,计算得到了前、后隔框的应力分布,确定了隔框的危险部位;然后把有限元分析的应力值与实验测量值比较,两者吻合较好,验证了有限元分析模型的正确性。根据此模型和分析结果优化前、后隔框结构,指导隔框设计,使应力分布尽量均匀、合理,对减轻该无人机质量,提高飞机性能,避免连接区域强度不足,具有重要意义。Based on ANSYS,three-dimensional finite element model of certain UAV bulkheads was established.The stress distributions of the front and the rear bulkheads were calculated by applying the multiple point constraint to simulate the force applied on the fuselage.The dangerous zones of bulkheads have been located.On the other hand,by comparing stress value from the finite element analysis with measured value from test,it was found that both values are well matched,verifying the correctness of the finite element analysis model.According to the model and the analysis result,the front and rear bulkhead structures are optimized to guide the bulkhead design,making the stress distribution be as uniform and reasonable as possible.It has important significance in reducing the UAV mass,improving UAV performance and preventing strength in connecting regions from being insufficient.
