摘  要:目的:评价树脂类根管充填系统RealsealTM的生物相容性。方法:以3只比格犬为实验对象,采用RealsealTM系统充填根管,AHPlus糊剂加牙胶尖充填作为对照,术后7、30、90 d处死动物,通过X线片和组织学切片对犬牙根尖周的组织反应进行评价。结果:各试验牙X线片示根充严密,各期均未见明显根尖周稀疏区及充填材料吸收。组织学结果显示,7 d时,根尖周组织表现为中度的炎性反应;30 d时大部分标本表现为轻度的炎性反应;90 d时大部分标本的根尖周组织结构已恢复正常。各观察期两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RealsealTM组的根尖周反应和牙胶尖/AHPlus组相似,两者均具有可接受的生物相容性。AIM: To evaluate the biocompatibility of root canal filling material RealSeal^TM system. METHODS: Three beagle dogs were used for root canal filling experiment. The root canals of mandibular premolars of the dogs were filled with RealsealTM and AH Plus/gutta-percha, respectively. The animals were killed after 7, 30 and 90 days of root canal filling and the inflammatory reactions of periapical tissues were measured by histological means. RESULTS:On 7th day, both groups showed moderate inflammatory reaction. Only mild inflammatory reaction was observed on day 30. On day 90, normal periapical tissues was seen in both groups. At each time period, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION : There was no statistical difference between Realseal^TM and AH Plus/gutta-percha groups in the periapical tissue reaction during our study period. All tested materials showed an acceptable biocompatibility.
