伢典去龋法在龋病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：伢典去龋法是一种无痛的微创去龋技术,其克服了常规机械去龋法的缺点和潜在的不良反应,消除了病人对治牙的恐惧感,增加了就诊的舒适度和安全感,有良好的临床应用前景。该文就伢典的作用原理以及对牙体、牙髓组织的影响作一综述。Chemomechanical caries removal with Carisolv is a painless and minimally invasive techniquethat overcomes the shortcomings and potential adverse reactions of conventional mechenical caries removal method. It lessens patients＇fear, increases the degree of comfort and sense of security, which renders its good prospect for clinical application. In this review, the mechanisms of action and the effects on dentin and dental pulps of Carisolv are summarized.
