摘 要:目的:研究八味沉香散50%醇提部位对垂体后叶素诱发的急性心肌缺血大鼠的作用。方法:采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素复制急性心肌缺血模型,实验大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、八味沉香散50%醇提液大、小剂量组。观察八味沉香散50%醇提液对大鼠注射垂体后叶素后血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和心肌超微结构的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,八味沉香散50%醇提液预处理后可明显减少大鼠血CK和LDH的释放(均P<0.01),并减轻心肌超微结构线粒体的损伤。结论:八味沉香散50%醇提液对垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用,而抗心肌缺血的作用可能与其保护心肌线粒体结构,改善缺血心肌的能量代谢有关。Objective. To observe the effect of 50% ethanol-extract from Tibetan herbs of Bawei Chenxiang Powder (BCP) on pituitrin-induced experimental acute myocardial ischemia rats. Methods. Acute myocardial ischemia rat models were established by intravenous injection of pituitrin through sublingual vein. All rats were randomized into five groups: normal group, model group and positive control group, and high- and low-dose of BCP 50% ethanol-extract groups. The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK) in the serum were measured, and the myocardial ultrastructure of all of the rats was examined under electron microscope. Results: As compared with the model group, both high-and low-dose BCP 50% ethanol-extract could obviously decrease the serum activities of LDH and CK(P 〈 0.01), and relieve the injury of partial mitochondria of the myocardium ofexperimental acute myocardial ischemia rats. Conclusion. The 50% ethanol-extract from Bawei Chenxiang Powder has protective effect against pituitrin-induced myocardial injury in rats by protecting the structure of mitochondria and by improving the energy metabolism of mYocardium.
