企业与高校参与产学研合作的实证比较研究:合作内容、水平与模式

摘　　要：基于湖北高校和企业的391份问卷调查,从企业与高校两个视角对产学研合作内容、发展水平及合作模式进行了实证对比分析.研究结论表明,企业与高校参与产学研合作的比例非常高且重视合作的广度与深度,虽有失败但合作成功的还是多数,且双方对产学研合作模式的选择偏好不同.在此基础上,指出本文研究结论对促进产学研合作的启示与建议.Based on 391 questionnaires of universities and enterprises in Hubei province, it conducts an empirical and comparative analysis on the collaborative content, level and mode of industry-university-research institute collaboration （IURC） from both aspects of enterprise and university. The results show that there is a high proportion of participation of enterprises and universities in IURC, and both sides have attached importance to collaboration breadth and depth. Despite of a few IURC failures, the majority of the projects are successful. Enterprises and universities have different preferences in choosing IURC modes. Based on the results, it points out the revelations and suggestions to promote IURC.
