摘　　要：城市道路是城市可持续发展的必要支撑,也是建立和维系城市交通供需平衡、缓解交通拥堵的基础条件。目前,城市道路建设存在前期缺乏科学的建设时序评价及比选,建成后缺少效益评估等问题。文章综合考虑建设项目所在区位条件及设施水平,应用交通区位-节点重要度模型计算建设项目重要度,并采用聚类分析的方法,根据重要度计算结果将建设项目分为重要,次重要和一般重要建设项目集合,最后给出应用案例。The first condition of decreasing traffic jam and satisfying equilibrium of traffic demand and supply is deemed to the construction of urban transportation infrastructures.Urban road is the key to urban sustainable development.Currently,scarcity of reasonable evaluation of construction sequencing and benefit is a main problem in the process of urban road construction.The methodology of urban road construction sequence planning is presented in this paper.With the consideration of the district condition and level of construction item,the importance degree is calculated by traffic district location-node importance model.By adopting the method of clustering analysis,the construction item is split into importance,inferior importance and commonly importance construction item cluster based on the result of importance degree.
