摘　　要：土地开发整理项目预算定额标准,是编制土地开发整理项目预算的依据,是正确核定项目资金预算的关键。必须完善黑龙江省土地开发整理项目定额预算标准,合理取费,提高预算人员素质,建立健全土地开发整理预算管理体系,才能更好地控制工程项目投资,取得最佳效益。Budget quota criteria for land development consolidation project are the basis of budgeting for projects of this cate- gory and the key to precisely appraising the project budget. It is necessary to improve the budget quota criteria for land development consolidation project of our province, to rationally collect charges, to improve the quality of budget staff, and to establish and perfect the management system of land development consolidation budget, with which the project investment will be better controlled and best effects will be achieved.
