摘　　要：文化产业的振兴与快速发展给文化企业提供了良好的发展空间;但是,由于文化企业产品和人力资源的独特性,人力资源危机成为影响文化企业发展的重大障碍。通过分析文化企业的人力资源特点,建立人力资源危机预警指标,从而构建人力资源危机预警系统,能够帮助文化企业提高人力资源危机意识以及危机的预控与处理能力,实现文化企业的可持续发展。The rapid development of cultural industry provides ample space for the development of culture enterprises. Human resource crisis constitutes the major obstacle to the development of cultural enterprises due to the special features of cultural products and human resource. Through analyzing the characteristics of human resource in cultural enterprises and establishing precautionary index of human resource crisis so as to develop precautionary system of human resource crisis, which can help cultural enterprises to strengthen their crisis consciousness, improve their abilities to deal with the crisis, and finally realize the sustainable development of cultural enterprises.
