摘　　要：通过分析高校内部教学质量保证体系运行存在问题及影响教学质量保证体系有效运行的原因,进而从强化质量保证意识、强化培训、强化质量管理体系文件的可操作性、强化体系运行过程中的监督改进力度等方面提出建议。The paper,through analyzing some problems that have propped up in the process of implementing the Quality Assurance System and tracing their causal relations,arrives at the finding that it is of primary significance for the faculty to enhance their quality assurance consciousness by way of undergoing a systematic training process.It is recommended that the system itself should be fine-tuned in its practicability,coupled with a fine line of checking-monitoring process.
