摘　　要：放疗是治疗胃癌的一种有效手段，放疗与化疗联合应用于胃癌的术前、术后及姑息性治疗，能够改善胃癌患者的局部控制率和生存率。近几年来随着三维适形和调强放疗技术的发展，放疗在胃癌的综合治疗中有了更广泛的应用。Radiotherapy is an effective mean of treatment of gastric cancer. Combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in gastric cancer preoperative, postoperative and pedliatie treatments can increase the loeed control rate and the survival rate of gastric cancer patients. With the development of three-dimensional corrforreal and intensity modulated radiotherapy, the radiotherapy is being more extensively applied in the comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer.
