摘 要:目的研究依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血浆ox-LDL浓度和PON1活性的影响。方法将68例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(30例)和实验组(38例),对照组给予常规药物治疗;实验组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉治疗。用ELISA法检测患者ox-LDL水平,用速率法测定PON1浓度,比较两组患者治疗前后ox-LDL和PON1水平的变化情况,并进行相关性研究。结果治疗前,两组患者血浆ox-LDL浓度和PON1活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组患者ox-LDL水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),而PON1水平显著增高(P<0.05),两组间ox-LDL和PON1差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性研究发现,治疗后实验组患者ox-LDL浓度同PON1活性呈负相关性(r=-0.298,P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉能有效减轻急性脑梗死患者ox-LDL水平,这种作用可能与PON1增高有关。Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone on plasma ox-LDL levels and PON1 activities in patietnets with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 patients were divided in expefonental group (n=38) and control group (n= 30). Patients in control group were giventoutine treatment, while patietlts in expcrimental group were gtven edaravone be, sides routine treatment. Plasma levels of ox-LDL were measured by ELISA method, levels of PON1 were determined w/th velocity method; ox-LDL and PONI were measured in two groups before and after treatment. Results There are no significant differences about ox-LDL and PON1 levels between two groups before treatment. After treatment, ox-LDL were decreased significantly compare to pretreatment in experimental group, along with an increase of PON1 levels (P〈0.05). Plasma levels of ox-LDL and PON1 were also statistically significant between the two groups after treatment (P〈0.05). ox-LDL levels were negatively correlated with PONI in experimental group after treatment (r= - 0.298, P〈0.01). Conclusion Edaravone can decrease plasma levels of ox-LDL effectively in patients with acute cerebral infiarction, and the mechanism about this effect may be associated with increase levels of PON 1.
