摘　　要：在采用单片机设计PLC的基础上,给出了PLC的无线红外模式、无线调频模式和GSM短信模式的无线控制构架,讨论了对应的软、硬件设计,实现了在基本PLC上的多模式无线控制,并结合PLC变频调试系统和TM2运动控制机构,完成了多模式无线控制PLC的运动控制系统的设计。最后设计了基于组态软件MCGS的驱动程序,实现了PLC与组态软件的数据交互,完成了一个具有多种无线输入控制、无线上位组态监控、短信远程报警与控制的无线PLC运动控制系统。Both hardware and software design of wireless control architecture which boasting of PLC wireless infrared patterns,wireless FM patterns and GSM were discussed to realize multi-mode wireless control in PLC,and to design a movement control system for multi-mode wireless PLC by integrating frequency conversion control system with TM2 motion control;and then a MCGS(configuration software)-based driver was designed torealize data exchange between PLC and MCGS and to complete PLC-based motion control system which boasting of diverse wireless input control,host configuration monitoring,SMS remote alarm and control.The application in wireless vehicle monitoring proves the success of this design.
